Abraham Hamadeh’s bid to throw out the results of the race for Arizona attorney general that he lost based on unsubstantiated allegations of misconduct failed to convince a Mohave County Superior Court Judge on Friday. Read more»

The trial is set to start 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23 and Hamadeh will have to show proof that ballots were incorrectly counted and that they exist in numbers great enough to overturn his 511-vote loss.
