In the absence of concrete plans to generate the funds needed, talk about education funding is just that. Gov. Ducey's claim that Prop. 123 is a first step to restoring cuts to K-12 education is meaningless in the absence of a plan to implement steps two, three and four. If you have an early ballot for Arizona's May 17 special election on Propositions 123 and 124, you should drop it in the mail by Thursday, or turn it over in person at an early voting site or at the polls on Tuesday.... Read more»
