Tucson-based sound artist Glenn Weyant will present "Noise Where Prohibited," a sound installation in MOCA Tucson's great hall Thursday. Described as "immersive sonic meditation on the ghettoization of noise/sound/music" the event will fill the hall with various "sound stations" and challenge assumptions about music and art.
