Sierra Tucson, one of the nation's most prominent residential behavioral health clinics, is under investigation following the January suicide of a patient at the facility north of Tucson. The incident was the third death of a patient there in the past seven years. Former staffers were not surprised at the recent suicide, saying it was just a matter of time before a lack of trained staff would lead to another death. Read more» 2
