Three GOP candidates for the Tucson City Council filed nominating petitions Wednesday afternoon, the final day to turn in signatures to gain a place on the August primary ballot. A frequent speaker at Tucson City Council meetings wants to make a leap into the mayor's seat: art gallery owner Robert Reus has filed to run as a GOP candidate.
