The Cathedral of Saint Augustine (also called Saint Augustine Cathedral) is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson. A federal lawsuit claims that priests from the St. John’s Seminary in California that had a problematic history were often transferred to Arizona to avoid further attention in California.
