Rep. Grijalva said a $48k settlement with a former employee came after he decided she wasn't going to "fit in" with her post. He acknowledged she then claimed he was drunk on the job, but denied ever being impaired while working. Update: After five terms, and despite a fondness for "a good fight," Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll said Friday that he's serving out his final year on the board.
