I may seem like a broken record dissing our choices on the ballot but across the country I see candidates who know what's what. Can we get a plan here in Arizona? Something more than slogans? They don’t agree on much, but a plan to create “top two” primaries has Arizona’s major and minor political parties on the same page – or at least close to it.
