North Korean despot Kim Jong-il cannot be happy that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange bumped him off the front page by publishing a trove of diplomatic cables that mostly told us what we knew (i.e. that diplomats often say one thing in public and another thing in private, and that various world leaders are not paragons of virtue, or intellect, or moral probity).
The CIA and NSA, however, very likely could not be more pleased at the success to date of Operation Alleged Rapist.
