The 9th Circuit has ruled that laws banning gay marriage in Idaho and Nevada are “impermissible gender discrimination.”
With over half of U.S. states having already legalized gay marriage or poised to do so, Arizona is one that has not yet seen the rainbow rising through the clouds of ignorance and bigotry. It's only a matter of time, however, before Arizona comes to its senses and decides to taste the rainbow and give our LGBTQ community equal rights under the law.
