This is the best summary I have read for why Tucson needs an innovative solution to being in Arizona and why local citizens need to reassert control over tge city’s economic development priorities.

That is one of the most beautiful things about affordable early education- it helps children and parents. It is a proactive approach to poverty reduction and improving educational outcomes. YES on 204!
