Violence, not deferred action, behind border surge

Based on a statistical analysis of unaccompanied children arrivals data, border security statistics, and violence levels in Central America, it is clear that violence in countries such as Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador—rather than deferred action or lax U.S. border enforcement—is driving the increase in unaccompanied children.

this article has 1 laughable thought… That violence is the cause (true), but not lax border security? How can any journalist even attempt to have that thought.Of course border security is lax if los ninos are getting into this country. Typical of Center for American Progress thinking..Duh.Cut the BS close the border, enforce our laws.
