Immigrants still surging into Texas shelters

The news crews have drifted away, and the national spotlight has turned elsewhere. But Central American immigrants continue to cross illegally into Texas, and their numbers seem to be growing again. Border officials and charities expect their humanitarian efforts to continue into the foreseeable future.

There is no such thing as a “brief lull” in border crossing.

Look like the white supremacists are out in force on Christmas Day…and I bet they claim to be religious…

Wanting borders and immigration law enforcement doesn’t make one a RACIST, much less a “White supremacist”.  That’s ridiculous, liberal thinking.

Not wanting half the world or half of Mexico coming to the US also does not make one a RACIST.

Every country has borders and rules and laws of immigration.  Some nations don’t even allow immigrants.  Mexico is a chronically failed state, century after century and they simply want to “encourage” their peasants to go to the US and have the “gringo” pay for their welfare.  This must end.

No borders means no actual country.  Enforce the law, which means deportation for millions of illegal aliens.  Period.  End of discussion.

@TBW,

If you had actually read this report, you’d realize that it was about a Methodist and a Presbyterian church, rather than a grand Catholic conspiracy. As for fitting 40 million people (a number that came from where?) into the Vatican City, you realize that is composed of just 109 acres, right?

This Norma Pimentel is a criminal.  Title 8 United States Code 1324 says that it is a felony to harbor or transport any person who is in the United States illegally.  No exemptions are given.  Norma Pimentel harbors illegal aliens.  She is a felon, and ought to be prosecuted and imprisoned for it.  And if the federal government is not going to perform its obligation under Article 4 section 4 of the US Constitution, which says that the federal government will protect the states from invasion (which it has not done for many many years) then the federal government has no right to exist any longer.  It certainly as no right to demand that I comply with its tax laws as it refuses to enforce the immigration laws.  The federal government has forfeited its legitimacy.

We have Americans living in tent cities, and on the street.
Shouldn’t they have priority over foreigners?

They should have priority, but they do not.  As I said, the federal government has ceased to be a legitimate government.  It has evolved into a completely self-serving tyranny.  If our Founding Fathers could see us now, they would be telling us something along the lines of ‘Overthrow the vile thing.’

@CarloDaBeenurz
We’ve been seeing the brief lull for the past twenty-five years. The high school my three graduated from in 2000/1 is now 98% OTW.
I noticed yesterdays comment was censored. All I said was I hope the CDC sets up a satellite office after the 300 employees recover from Ebola they brought to the US.

Of course they will claim to have been here for 5 years in a few months when they sign up for amnesty. @nessus70

@Tspud1
No dude. The regulation has been changed.
The regulation change was written by either by DHS or HHS that says starting January 3-ish, 2015, illegals applying for amnesty are declared to have met the five year period the on the day they apply.
So in other words there are no five year requirements..

So the President lied again when he said they had to prove they had been here for 5 years and get right. Guess I am getting used to him telling lies.

@Tspud1/
Obama sent over 1000 regulations a couple weeks ago. I’m sure theirs more nonsense in that package. You’ll have to check with congress for the full record. All of the democrats and rinos are in the game.
