Obama's actions 'same' as past presidents?

President Obama repeatedly claimed that there is presidential precedent for the executive actions he took on immigration. But are the actions Obama announced really the “same kinds of actions” taken by past presidents?

Considerably more affected by Obamas amnesty and considerably more total illegals now in U.S. 3 wrongs don"t make a right.  They all acted without authority. How about using executive power to close the border and protect this country from the flow of criminals into the U.S. What does this lead to as to what the executive branch can’t do.  A very slippery slope. We have a Prez that says he does not have the authority and then reverses his statement. Unchecked legislating from the White House.
