If this was an end of fiscal year report and was posted on Oct 10, it could not have been complete or accurate or official. The government computers don’t talk well enough among themselves. And then there are the inevitable quality reviews and oversight processes. 7 workdays? Not a chance. It wouldn’t have gotten through an editorial review in that amount of time.
And a pull down order from “the administration” would take at least 24 hours to make it down through the layers of chain of command…if it were an emergency.
January sounds right.
