Congress ties Postal Service into knots

This is absolutely the best explanation I have seen of the origins of the Postal Service’s current financial crisis.  It should be required reading for those in Congress who hold USPS’ very existence in their hands.  Kudos to Kevin C. Brown and the Tucson Sentinel for an outstanding job!
