The federal government on Friday announced it was rescinding memorandums of agreement with 39 states, including Texas, that participate in the Secure Communities program.

illegal immigrants rights activists complain that this is too wide a net? Last time I checked it is a crime to illegally enter the U.S. So let me understand. Someone is arrested by police and there are people who think its not lawful or corrrect to compare their prints to to a fed. data base. My god is there a major Stockholm syndrome in this country? This is no shroud of controversy. Only open border idiots, criminals, or fools would not want these tools in place. Any illegal alien is a criminal.  Many are serious criminals. Just check border patrol reports to see the crimes illegals are convicted for.  Solution=Secure border=stop illegal border crossers. Cast the net at the source. <<<<<>>>>>>
