Every justice but one who signed an opinion for the Dobbs abortion case took care to mention Loving v. Virginia

Almost as notable as the hit list of cases Justice Clarence Thomas explicitly named when questioning substantive due process decisions was the one he left out - Loving v. Virginia - which in 1967 established a right to interracial marriage.
