Obama wants the U.S. to lead. Is anyone interested in following?

With floods, droughts, forest fires and extreme storms on the rise, President Barack Obama has been attempting to reassert U.S. leadership in the fight against climate change. So, as negotiators frantically attempt to agree on a new United Nations climate treaty, due to be inked in Paris late next year, how does the rest of the world stack up to the U.S. when it comes to tackling the climate crisis?
