manufacturing jobs may be coming back in smaller numbers.But manufacturing is not “back” as Mr. Biden puts it. The desire to return us to a manufacturing country is a good one but it can only do so if we (the US) let up on a few things. Namely, we need to let up on regulations and our policy implementation so that it becomes possible to actually build things here without someone’s foot constantly on our collective neck(http://bit.ly/w5FPPq). only with changes to the regulatory policy that has hindered our progress for so long will we be able to come back.
