Rats gained more weight on high-fructose corn syrup than double the amount of sugar

High-fructose corn syrup results in more weight gain than regular sugar, even at much lower levels, according to a new study by Princeton University.

My vote is for stevia, as reined cane or beet sugar, and even honey, is still bad for you in many ways. In regard to this study, I expect ADM to have one of their own well-paid, tame, major university “researchers”  release a study of their own refuting it by tomorrow afternoon. Academic whores are easy to buy.
