Got (legal) issues? Warrant resolution court set for Thusday
The Pima County justices of the peace plan to provide additional warrant resolution services on Thursday to help people with pending legal issues get a fresh start on the New Year.
Judges Charlene Pesquiera and Erica Cornejo will hold court hours from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, to quash warrants, lift suspensions and reset court dates as needed.
Also, people convicted of a criminal offense in the Pima County Consolidated Court can apply to have convictions set aside provided sentences have been completed, court-ordered classes attended, and fines have been paid in full.
To learn more go to www.JP.Pima.Gov/OnlineSetAside or visit Judge Pesquiera at Pima County Consolidated Court on Thursday.
Walk-ins are welcome.
