J.C. Scott: 2012 election analysis

Pima County Recorder F. Ann Rodriguez broke down the problems encountered by voters this year. She covered the  election roster, provisional ballots, and mail-in ballot issues.

Radio talk show host Emil Franzi joined John to talk about his latest article "How Baja Arizona Counties Voted, National and Local".

Starting our second hour was Ward 2 Tucson City Councilman Paul Cunningham, who addressed gray-water systems, road bonds, street car construction, downtown development and on-going negotiations with the Rio Nuevo District Board.

Financial advisor Shelly Fishman discussed the fiscal cliff negotiations and what it means to people and businesses who make more than $250,000. Fishman and John also talked about who benefits from the current tax code.

Arizona Capitol Times Editor Jim Small covered the latest stories out of Phoenix including the whereabouts of Gov. Jan Brewer, a recent ruling on the legality of medical marijuana, Child Protective Services seeing an increase in requests to take abused children from parents and the Department of Corrections seeking more money for manpower and maximum security.
