Agents find human remains in desert

Arrests
Nogales Station agents apprehended a 27-year-old Mexican man Tuesday night. A records check revealed he is affiliated with the Sureño street gang. He was held for federal prosecution for illegal re-entry of an aggravated felon.
Douglas Station agents apprehended a Mexican national Tuesday who, according to a records check, was convicted for vehicular homicide in Frisco Summit County, Colo., and served a one-year prison sentence. The person was held for federal prosecution.
Recoveries
Casa Grande agents discovered a human skull in the West Desert on Tuesday. The scene was turned over to the Tohono O’odham Police Department.
Douglas Station agents found human skeletal remains Tuesday and turned the scene over to the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office.
