J.C. Scott: Too many county elected officials?

Elaine Richardson, the Democratic candidate for Pima County treasurer, talked about bringing a new level of service and convenience to the office. She cited giving customers a choice of payment options and budget billing. She also talked about investing the office's funds locally.

Pima County Recorder F. Ann Rodriguez, the Democratic incumbent, invited listeners to register to vote before the midnight deadline. Drive-up registration is open until 10 p.m. at the Old Pima County County Courthouse, 115 N. Church Ave., and the East Side Recorder's Office. 6920 E. Broadway.

Tucsoncitizen.com's Mark B. Evans joined John for an interesting talk about his latest article, "We don't need to elect so many county officials."
