Border Patrol wrapup: Man found dead near Three Points

Sonoita agents found an abandoned vehicle near S.R. 83 on Wednesday that held 14 bundles of marijuana. The driver, an 18-year-old man, was arrested. A records check found the vehicle had been reported stolen and the driver had an active warrant for burglary. The marijuana, weighing 327 pounds and worth an estimated $163,700, and vehicle were seized.
Naco Station agents arrested a 27-year-old man from Guatemala on Tuesday suspected of illegally entering the United States. A background check found the man had a prior charge for sexual battery in Virginia, and a prior removal. He was being processed for removal.
Agents working near Three Points on Wednesday were called to a scene where a dead man was found. The 59-year-old man was identified as Mexican citizen. The Pima County Sheriff's Department took control of the scene.
