J.C. Scott: 'No Child Left Behind' waiver a good thing for Az

Pima County Treasurer Beth Ford, running for her fourth term in that office, talked taxes and increasing operating efficiencies in collecting county taxes.

Financial advisor Shelly Fishman gave our weekly update of the markets and talked about diversification and allocation of retirement investments. John and Shelly also discussed rules governing the movement of 401ks after a job change.

Arizona Education Association President Andrew Morrill talked about the group's support of the proposed one-cent sales tax for education. John and Andrew finished up by talking about the evaluation process of teachers and principals, AIMS scores and the "No Child Left Behind" waiver that Arizona has received.
