J.C. Scott: Comments on Pima County bonds rolling in

On Monday's show:

We began with Ward 6 Tucson City Councilman Steve Kozachik, who gave his take on the Council's handling of a proposed Grand Canyon University campus at the El Rio Golf Course. He also talked about his support of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and National Guard training at Tucson International Airport, poverty in Tucson, Broadway Corridor proposals and pension issues facing the city.

32 min: We were joined by Arizona Education Association President Andrew Morrill, who commented on Arizona student test scores and rankings of school district performance released by the Arizona Department of Education last week.

51 min: We continued a conversation started last week with Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry, who spoke Monday about Pima County bond proposals, county enforcement of animal welfare at Tucson Greyhound Park,  I-11 interstate proposals, passenger rail from Tucson to Phoenix, the Rosemont Mine approval process, South Tucson debt owed the county and the challenge of poverty in Tucson.
