Arizona ranks No. 4 in Tea Party enrollment, with 29 percent of of the state identifying themselves as members.
Rasmussen Reports, a conservative polling group, asked likely voters "Do you consider yourself part of the Tea Party movement?"
Colorado (33 percent), Kentucky (31) and Alabama (31) ranked ahead of Arizona. Georgia (28) rounded out the top five.
The bottom five are Hawaii (7 percent), North Dakota (12), Vermont (12), Minnesota (13) and Massachusetts (13).
