Pima College posts videos of chancellor forums

Videos of the employee and public forums held as part of Pima Community College's chancellor search have been posted online by the school.

The move follows a public records request for the recordings made Tuesday by TucsonSentinel.com. The school began posting the videos Thursday morning.

All four finalists for the permanent post have been posted: videos of both the public and employee forums featuring Lee D. Lambert, president of Shoreline Community College, Shoreline, Wash.; and Terrence J. Burgess, president of San Diego City College, were released by the school Thursday. Lambert was interviewed Monday, and Burgess on Tuesday.

Videos of Wednesday's forums with Greg P. Smith, president of Central Community College, Grand Island, Neb., along with Thursday's sessions with Elñora Tena Webb, president of Laney College in Oakland, were also posted later, college spokesman C.J. Karamargin said.

The PCC website notes that the audio and video are out of sync because of technical problems. "We are working to correct this and will post revised videos as soon as possible," a note on the site reads.
