On Monday's edition of the John C. Scott Show:

We started with a look at the latest City of Tucson news with developer Richard Studwell. Topics discussed included Karin Uhlich's run for City Council, the payroll increase for city employees, along with public transportation, road construction, Downtown development and Tucson Water.
