Donald Trump has a 14-point lead among Republican voters in Arizona, a early voting is already underway to determine the state's delegates to the GOP convention. Ted Cruz comes in second in a recent poll, with John Kasich third. Marco Rubio's support has lagged, and 10 percent remain undecided.

The March 8 poll of 751 "high efficacy" Republican primary voters showed Trump on track to win the state's 58 delegates to the GOP national convention. Arizona's delegates are pledged to vote for the winner of the presidential preference election on the first ballot.

"Trump leads with both those voters that have already cast ballots as well as among those that are still planning on voting," Republican pollster Michael Noble said.

Here's the breakdown from Noble's poll, which had a 3.57 percent margin of error:

Candidate Already Voted Going to Vote Combined Results
Donald Trump 41.4% 33.7% 37.3%
Ted Cruz 23.5% 23.1% 23.3%
Marco Rubio 16.1% 7.5% 11.6%
John Kasich 13% 16.1% 14.6%
Unsure/Undecided * 19.6% 10.4%
Another/Not Listed 5.9% * 2.8%
