Barber sues to add more ballots to CD 2 vote count

Attorneys for Ron Barber filed a lawsuit in federal court Monday morning, alleging that ballots in Arizona's CD 2 race were improperly rejected. Last week, Barber asked county and state officials to delay the canvass of the election and include more votes. The Democrat trails challenger Martha McSally by just 161 votes, and has claimed between 133 and 167 ballots should be added to the count.

I think it might be time for barber to accept that he’s not going to win this one, and go out with what little dignity he has left. Time to make a speech congratulating his opponents, and calling for us all to be brought together blah blah blah that sort of thing.
