High court urged not to intervene on bail for immigrant felony suspects

The ACLU said Maricopa County had not shown harm if a lower court ruling, overturning the state's ban on bail for felony suspects who are here illegally, was allowed to take effect. But county officials argued that the ruling could release "potentially dangerous criminals."

Undocumented, from a foreign country.  Broke our laws to get here. Every one of these people arrested is a potential flight risk. No bail. ACLU is wrong and way out of line on this one. Does not have anything to do with unpopular political minority. No Harm to Arizona? Pochada, get real. The people of Az. voted this law in. Looks like the Feds again are just pandering to the Hispanic vote and bullying Arizona law. Why, cuz Holder & Company are insane. Wait, no they aren’t, just clever devils that don’t care about the safety of U.S. citizens.
