I would love to teach; however, I’m not spending in excess of $10,000 to earn $32,000 for the next 10 years. On top of that, it cost a few grand just to get the certification. I already have a certification to teach in another state. Why doesn’t AZ recognize that? You will find that’s the main reason the state has trouble getting folks into town - the expense of kissing ass in AZ to earn a subsistence wage.
