Activists say civil rights of migrant families violated in CBP custody

Citing refusals to give food and water, poor medical treatment, and an intentional structure to disrupt the sleep of migrant families, a report written by a Tucson-based group of volunteers accuses Customs and Border Protection of violating the civil rights of immigrant families in temporary holding facilities in Arizona, based on dozens of interviews made this summer.
