Embattled bald eagle pair breeds in man-made nest

The Arizona Game and Fish Department created two artificial eagle nests along the Verde River to replace an old nest in an effort to help baby eagles survive. Although this is not a permanent solution, it has allowed two nestlings to be raised to fledglings this year.
