'Dream 9' released from immigration detention

Nine Mexican nationals, in federal custody after they attempted to cross the border in Nogales last month as part of a protest against immigration laws, were released on parole on Wednesday afternoon. They were allowed to remain in the U.S. pending a decision on asylum claims.

This is retarded. So they’re released pending a decision, huh? And if the decision doesn’t go their way, are these retard 9 going to just magically surrender themselves for deportation?
