TUSD's ethnic studies classes violate state law, according to the state schools chief. But an independent audit he ordered doesn't support his conclusions. The move puts 10 percent of TUSD's funding, about $15 million, at risk. (updated with documents)

oh phooey joan.  Irish americans were despised when the immigrated to the U.S. Ever heard the phrase “Irish need not apply”. So, they assimilated. Anyway, nice hat. B>B>
