To save rare wildlfower, feds agree to protect Southern Arizona wetlands

A rare wildflower will be protected in 13 acres of Southern Arizona wetlands where it can still be found, after federal officials agreed to try to save it under the Endangered Species Act. The areas include La Cebadilla, just east of Tucson, where the Arizona eryngo survives in the permanently wet habitat.
