Thank you for publishing this piece. It is refreshing to have something out there to counterbalance all the insanity, and give a voice to these poor ranchers. There is no reason in the world why they should be expected to tolerate the abuses to their homes, their land, their property, their livelihood.
A wall might have some effect, but what we really need to do is militarize the border. The environmental effect would be lessened, and it would be more effective.
No one is ever going to convince me that anyone has the right to cross our border outside of our laws. If you want to visit our country, or become a resident here, that’s great…there are legal ways to go about achieving those goals. Good people do it all the time.
