More eligible in Arizona after deferred action expansion

The Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is changing Feb. 18 to make people of more ages eligible and to shorten the length of time a person needs to have been in the U.S. to apply. Experts say that will mean more in Arizona applying for DACA.
