Legislation to repeal SB 1070 triggers Capitol protests

The crowd appeared to be almost evenly split, with SB 1070 supporters and opponents arguing and hoisting signs with messages such as “Stop the raids! No more deportations!” and “Secure our borders now.”

No hate involved. Arizona is tired of being invaded by criminals, drug runners and illegal border jumpers.  Feds do nothing, the states have to. We are responding to the inaction of the Feds to protect our citizens.  If you think all this is hate, just read the border patrol report on this news site.  Six new criminals and massive amounts of drugs pouring into our state. What else can we do as a state to remedy this costly and dangerous situation.  Steve Gallardo = anti Arizona and anti American.
