Lawsuit: GOP candidates contest Tucson election (amended)

Two of the three Republican candidates who lost in Tucson’s City Council election have filed suit, asking a judge to declare them the winners, based on an argument that they received more votes in their wards than their opponents, even though they lost city-wide. The filing was amended. More at
