Indictment of BP Agent Lonnie Swartz
U.S. Border Patrol Agent Lonnie Swartz has been indicted for second-degree murder in the shooting of 16-year Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez through the border fence in Nogales during an Oct. 10, 2012, incident.
