Gantiarabriela: Politics (and xenophobia)

Get Van Morrison on the phone – according to Gabby "I'm On the Inside Now, So Let's Lock The Door" Mercer, his "Brown Eyed Girl" was probably a Middle Eastern terrorist spy.

Arizona congressional hopeful Gabriela Saucedo Mercer is, as a Republican, "tough" on immigration, though she is herself an immigrant. In an interview with a conservative website last year, she said:

"If you know Middle Easterners, a lot of them, they look Mexican or they look, you know, like a lot of people in South America, dark skin, dark hair, brown eyes - and they mix. They mix in. And those people, their only goal in life is to cause harm to the United States. So why do we want them here, either legally or illegally?

"When they come across the border, besides the trash that they leave behind, the drug smuggling, the killings, the beheadings. I mean, you are seeing stuff. It’s a war out there," she said.

To paraphrase Kurtz, "The beheadings! The beheadings!"

The way to have gotten rid of Grijalva has passed.  People didn’t make to effort to defeat him in the primary.  Now it seems that Spitten Raul will keep coming out and showing how ignorant Gabriella really is.

The folks smart enough to figure out a computer have commented and most of them still support Saucedo-Mercer. I guess this means if the reconquista slob wins again then a majority of voters in his district are too stupid to figure out a computer. Well, I guess that would make sense, since so many of them apparently have a problem with obtaining proper identification, right?

OK, so how about a comic for Grijalva and his former membership in mecha, calling for a “reconquest” of “Aztlan”??? How about one for Grijalva calling for a boycott? How about one of Grijalva walking out of Congress and not voting because there was an all-you-can-eat buffet down the street? How about one making fun of the fact that the slob shows up to a debate with no coat, no tie, and food on his shirt?

Or is the Sentinel shillling for Grijalva now? If you are, that’s one thing…but at least admit it.

Sorry, we missed your input...
