We're at the very start of the Mitt Romney-Paul Ryan road trip buddy movie. We'll laugh! We'll cry. Will it be better than "Cats"? Time will tell.
Romney has cast his lot with U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan, for better or for worse (we know how that turned out for Sen. John McCain), and we are headed for the finish line.
Some big questions remain, such as whether Ryan will persuade Romney to dress up a bit on the campaign trail, or Romney will convince Ryan to don a pair of dad jeans and a stockbroker-at-a-baseball-game tailored "casual" button down shirt.
Oh, the excitement.
