The Supreme Court ruling on SB 1070 was a little confusing, something the justices acknowledged in their ruling: "There is a basic uncertainty about what the law means and how it will be enforced."
Fortunately, we've been able to pull back the curtain and show how the SCOTUS sausage is made. The ruling Monday was a classic "win-win" situation: both sides called it a win.
