Now that Osama bin Laden is dead, al-Qaeda faces a search for a new leader.
The candidate should be decisive, charismatic, and excel in strategic planning. He (and the position is open to men only) should also have a reputation for ruthlessness, and an ability to travel on short notice. No experience of martyrdom required; training will be provided.
