Usually, when I click on stories like these I get angry at the Sentinel for not warning us that it is Zuma’s piece. But, due to the title and the first few words, I decided to give this story a chance.
I thought the following quote was unnecessarily inflammatory, as it seems to be largely based on speculation…
That aside, this wasn’t a bad piece. It turned my stomach a little bit, but if this problem does indeed exist to the point where Zuma says it does then some light needs to be shed on the problem.
I am legitimately surprised that Zuma cares about or supports any of our troops. I am further surprised that he actually wrote a piece that didn’t involve either race baiting or defending a horribly wasteful government program of some kind.
I still wish the Sentinel would preface these titles with something like “Zuma:”...but in this particular instance I don’t regret clicking on the link this time.
